Answer: Our recruitment process involves nine key steps: Pre-Labor Approval, Advertisement, Candidate Interview, Communications, Employment Visa, Orientation, Final Labor Approval, Travel Arrangements, and Departure of Candidates.

Answer: Once we receive approval from the Labor Ministry, we advertise job vacancies through various media channels such as Social Medias and Newspaper to attract interested candidates.

Answer: Candidates are counseled and required to fill out an agency application form. They are then interviewed by company representatives or by Blue Bird Overseas Pvt Ltd’s consultants on the behalf of the company, who select suitable candidates based on job requirements. The interview results are published on our notice board.

Candidates are informed about their selection or rejection with a call from our PR department; selected candidates are instructed to report to our office to sign the offer letter or employment contract.
